NEW AIR DELIVERY SYSTEM

The Super 92 co-axial fan blades are designed from the fan hub to the tip of the blades to be quiet as well as for best performance. The galvanized fan housing also is designed for maximum air flow. Outlet Vanes allow for preferred directional adjustment while the large Lower Adjustable Volutes guide the lower air upward for greater volume, velocity and spray height.

DEPENDABLE POWERTRAIN

The 325HP, 6-cyl. diesel engine provides plenty of power for best performance and is protected by a safety shutdown system. The heavy duty Softstart centrifugal clutch affords easy initial start-up as well as allowing the engine to stop normally while fans spin down. 150 gallons of fuel is more than enough to spray a full day.

EASY OPERATION

The Super 92 Control box includes On-Off Switches for Spray valves, Engine start switch, Throttle control and a Color display with Engine instrumentation and Water pressure gauge. Suction and Pressure filters are built large to minimize cleaning.

RELIABLE PRODUCT DELIVERY

Stainless steel is used on all plumbing fittings including the spray manifolds eliminating rust, corrosion and costly downtime. The dependable 2-stage centrifugal pump provides more than enough water for spraying large quantities of water while providing for agitation. The Pressure Agitation system with Eductors keeps even heavy powders in suspension and is virtually maintenance free.
