Great people, great bikes and great service! The whole team was good to me when I purchased my new bike. Thanks Jesse for getting me the bike I was after and being quick to get me the paperwork to look over. The financing team was good to work with, getting into a monthly term that wasn’t longer then I needed. The manager and mechanics in the back were very knowledgeable with specs and information about suspension in which I was very curiouser about before purchasing. I recently bought a new quad off Jesse and the team at Riderz Rocky. Jesse, was literally the only Can-Am dealership willing to take my side by side in on trade, she gave me a fair price, no hassle, and even went to another dealership to get the specific unit I was looking for at no extra charge. It was worth driving 5.5 hours and passing 4 other dealers to do business there.

Riderz was amazing when my old gal a 1997 BMW F650 broke down. Most other motorbike shops either turn me away or are disinterested in working on my bike so when I do break down I’m often SOL! These guys saved the day, and the last day of our trip when I broke down for the second time near Rocky Mountain House. Both Jeremy (owner) and (Paul)Mechanic MacGyvered my bike back to working order with a new voltage metre with a crossover kawasaki part! Thank you so much a thousand times over. My motorbike has now been properly named to Pauli! LOL

I own a Harley but this is the only place I bring it for service if I decide not to do it myself, Paul is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and he’s the only one I’ll trust to work on my bike. The store is fairly clean and has a good assortment of all things all terrain, but they also sell other things for your yard and all that. I don’t have much experience with the rest of the staff but they did all seem friendly and helpful. They also have a ramp if you bring your toys in the bed of your truck to off-load, so that’s nice.

I was on the road and needed to replace the tires on my roadliner. Called them up at about 4 pm when I got to town, they took me in and had me going again by 930 the next morning. Great attitude and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend to look them up when in Rocky. Special thanks to Jeremy.

Good people , I took my saw for repairs and I thought will take few days but the ended up fixing the problem on the spot , most places would have booked me in. Very wonderful experience.

Riderz is great. They have a full selection of machines, apparel, accessories,and service. Soon to have a beautiful showroom. Can’t wait for the Grand Opening.
