UFO folding frame is a large machine with great performance for disc tillage on wide soil extensions: the winning choice for big farmers that need to prepare soil in a very short time frame. Tractors which match with UFO folding are in a range from 160 to 360 HP.

The culti hub is an oversized solution that guarantees the maximum reliability and durability working on every soil condition. Thanks to the heavy duty dual roll bearing it can bare shocks and high load tipical of hard and rocky soil conditions. The long life comes from the perfect oil lubrication. The dual cone sealing system allows use of oil and makes the hub totally water and dust proof, maintenance free and long lasting.

Every disc is assembled to the tool bar through a double spring assembly guaranteeing reliability in every soil condition including rocky soils. The great safety stroke of the double spring prevents any damage to both disc and hub. The U bolt connection to the tool bar is maintenance free.

Our cast two point hitch allows for easy hookup and great versatility in the field because of the multiple pivot points.

The mainframe is constructed out of a high quality tube steel assembled through robotic welding that easily handles the demands of any working condition.

The adjustable cointaining discs avoid ridges among passes and improve residue mixing. Multiple adjustments are available.

Thanks to the four hydraulic cylinders the frame folds up into two sections which makes it very narrow in transportation width (3m/10ft) and very safe to travel down the road. The locking vales located on the folding cylinders allow for easy transportation in between fields. This allows you to not have to leave the cab to move from field to field.

UFO can be equipped with a heavyduty 2 towing eye drawbar. Drawbar inclination can be comfortably adjusted from tractor seat just acting on the hydraulic cylinder to ensure maximum stability in transport and to adjust discs gangs down-pressure on the run.
