The result of 160 years of expertise in ploughing, the fixed headstock allows for quick hitching thanks to the fixed hitch arms, with simplified access for all operations. For transport, the GODRIVE oscillating headstock, combined with the WORK AND ROLL hydraulic wheel, allows safe travel at speeds of up to 40 km/h, with a steering angle of ±40°, comparable to a semi-mounted machine. The EASYDRIVE option completes this system by facilitating the transition from working to transport position without tools, thanks to the quick neutralisation of the top link. On the practical side, storage in the ‘butterfly’ position is a real plus: the bodies fold up compactly and evenly, reducing floor space and making storage easier, even in confined spaces.

Adaptation to requirements: VARI or MULTI width system

The MASTER M plough offers two systems to suit your needs: VARI and MULTI.
The VARI-MASTER M system incorporates a variable width linkage directly into the structure, drawing on KUHN's expertise in ploughing. This design protects the hoses and linkage, ensuring smooth operation, reduced maintenance and long-lasting reliability.
The MULTI-MASTER M system allows quick and secure adjustment of the working width without dismantling. With its 4 positions (35 to 50 cm), it easily adapts to soil conditions and farm requirements.
Both solutions offer flexibility, precision and robustness for efficient ploughing in all circumstances.

A structure designed to last and facilitate work

The MASTER M plough boasts a robust and intelligent design, built to last. Its redesigned triangular frame ensures optimal weight distribution, limiting tractor pitching and facilitating lifting. The main beam incorporates a hydraulic block and hose routing inside the connecting rod for enhanced protection and improved durability.
The high-quality steel used, combined with cast connecting rods, ensures increased strength and an optimised centre of gravity.
The modularity of the extendable frames allows the plough to be adapted to changes in the farm, while retaining the tractors used on the MASTER 123/153 configurations.
This intelligent design ensures consistent and regular ploughing, while offering long-term reliability.

Protection and efficiency: NSH safety or tension bolt

The MASTER M is available with NSH or T safety features to meet the requirements of the field. The Non-Stop Hydraulic (NSH) safety feature offers optimal responsiveness thanks to independent accumulators on each body. This system ensures precise triggering while protecting the plough, with vertical clearance of 70 cm and lateral clearance of 20 cm.
As an option, VARIBAR allows you to fine-tune settings according to field profiles, for consistently controlled ploughing.
The mechanical T safety system is based on a traction bolt working in the axis of the force, reducing stress on the structure and the risk of breakage.
With 80 cm clearance under the frame, the MASTER M with traction bolt safety system ensures smooth passage and simplified maintenance, for long-term control of maintenance costs.

Controlled ploughing

The KUHN MASTER M reversible mounted plough maximises the ploughed area thanks to its curved ploughshares, which reduce traction effort and improve soil penetration. Its compact size allows it to work close to the edges of the field, avoiding uncultivated areas.

The hydraulic wheel ensures precise depth adjustment, while KUHN's patented 3D-SKIM skimmers ensure consistent, high-quality ploughing. With working widths from 12 to 22 inches and body spacings from 90 to 101 cm, the MASTER M adapts to all terrain configurations, offering optimal flexibility for every farm.

The MASTER M plough benefits from a wide range of highly technical wearing parts: bodies, mouldboards and points designed for maximum durability. DURAKARB and DURAKUHN technologies, combined with KUHN forged parts, ensure increased resistance to wear and impact, even in abrasive conditions.

DUOLINER: Ready for seeding as soon as ploughed

The DUOLINER, a roller mounted on the MASTER M plough, optimises soil preparation by creating a uniform seedbed immediately after ploughing. Ideal for light to medium soils, it ensures deep consolidation, conserves moisture and limits wind erosion.

Its frame, mounted on two parallelograms, ensures precise ground following, completely independent of the plough. The STEADY CONTROL system automatically adjusts the pressure according to the settings, avoiding any stress peaks. Controlled via the KTS 10 control box, the DUOLINER is manoeuvrable in the field and compact on the road, providing safety and comfort during transport. It eliminates one preparation step and, in certain conditions, allows the crop to be planted directly after ploughing.
