JCB Attachments offer a range of multi shovels for Telescopic Handler and Telemaster machines, from 5500lbs up to 7000lbs, enabling greater customer choice. JCB multi shovel’s combine a shovel for loose material, with a hydraulically operated top grab to handle larger and more difficult materials.

Product attributes

With an upgraded design, our multi shovels are manufactured from higher strength steel, making them stronger, lighter and more efficient. The wide opening grab, coupled up with excellent cylinder strength, allows for a very good grip of the material, increasing productivity and safety on site.

• With soft close, inward-facing hydraulic rams, the jaw operation is cushioned therefore reducing shock loads and preventing damage to the hydraulic hoses.
• The multi shovels have self-lubricating bushes, decreasing maintenance stops and improving the attachment uptime.
• Spill guard size has been increased whilst maintaining excellent visibility thanks to the gaps within the JCB logo.
• The shovels have a HB500 boron steel wear edge, helping to increase durability.
• The design structure is made of steel S355 and it is characterized by a Monobloc 0.3 Inch shell, ensuring quality and strength.
• Four different capacity sizes are offered in the range - 1.35y³, 1.59y³, 1.74y³ and 1.82y³. The grab opens to 1.91y, enabling
  easy handling of silage, manure, timber, round and square bales.
• Bushed, maintenance free, high-grade pins.
• The multishovel can be fully operational against walls with the jaw open, enabling the operator to efficiently handle all material.
• The side profile design allows the material collection to be kept to its minimum.
• A yellow level indicator has been added to facilitate the shovel positioning, letting you do more in less time.
• Shot blast and painted in hard wearing 2K polyurethane paint, increasing attachment durability.
