2017 Hardi Saritor 4000

The SARITOR with infinitely variable four-wheel drive hydrostatic transmission delivers the traction to stay on top of the spray program. SARITOR is HARDI-built from the ground up. It offers 1100 & 1300 gallon tank capacities with 88 to 132 foot TERRA FORCE booms, setting a new standard in broad acre spraying.

Crop clearance is 54 inches and the track width can be hydraulically adjusted from 120 to 157.5 inches providing a large stable platform for boom stability. Four ride level air bag suspension elements and hydraulic shock absorbers provide smooth spray performance and exceptional operator comfort. A sturdy hydraulic fold down ladder and wide walk way with safety hand rails allow easy access to the cab. The cab is generous and uncluttered with ample room for the operator and trainer. Visibility in all direction is exceptional for this level of sprayer.

Cab

Fluid System

• A work zone cover supported by a gas strut protects the fluid system and provides operator protection when the boom is folded and standing under the nozzles

• The SARITOR DynamicFluid4 fluid system is driven by a high performance HARDI 650 Wet seal run-dry centrifugal pump, which can achieves 15 to 30 gpm. rate change in 1.5 seconds.

Chasis, Engine & Power train

• A fully integrated Sauer-Danfoss hydrostatic 4WD transmission, powered by a Cummins QSB 6.7L 275hp engine is capable of 33 mph.

• The C-section bolted chassis is designed to flex and provide maximum movement when driving over contours and trail drains.

Boom

• The ALU FORCE is a whole new kind of boom wider, lighter and stronger for simply better results. The TR5 is an aluminum truss boom and is just half the weight of equivalent steel structures. Available in 120' & 132' widths.

• Built strong utilizing heavy duty three dimensional truss construction for high performance and is available in sizes 88, 90, 100, 120 and 132 feet.

Control

• The HC 9600 touch screen spray controller in conjunction with the DynamicFluid4 system delivers precision immediate response application rate control.
