2017 Hardee LR40142

Hardee LR40142 is a 16 Hydraulic Boom Mower with a convenient 8-function Single joystick control. It is equipped with a Cat. 2 quick hitch or standard hitch. Has a no drift load holding value, replaceable bushings in all pivots and hydraulic valve features both vertical and horizontal break-aways. It folds up for compact transportation.

Cutter comes fully assembled including 35 gallons of hydraulic oil. (Some tractors may require additional ballast or weights.) Single remote on tractor required. Cutter has an electric over hydraulic valve for boom control.

We have found that some tractors are not compatible with our hydraulic boom mowers. Problems include: Our units require five gallons of oil per minute to operate the cylinder functions. Some tractors which exceed this amount need to be adjusted. Some remote systems do not return the oil through the oil cooler. Some tractors require a power beyond option. The temperature of the hydraulic oil in our system should never exceed 180F. Due to these facts, any hydraulic component returned to Hardee for warranty will be checked for an over-heating problem. If confirmed, it will not be covered by our limited warranty.
