2016 FAE Group MTM 200

Multi-purpose machine designed and produced for high output tractors. It is equipped with the latest in FAE technology, this machine can stabilize, crush rock, grind asphalt and mill slab up to 16 inches of working depth.Thanks to the compact size and the excellent maneuverability, it allows it to work in smaller areas where "self-propelled machines" usually cannot operate. Also, it can be quickly and easily moved from one jobsite to the next. The latest FAE Variable Geometry System of the crushing chamber is an innovative design solution that guarantees the best crushing and shredding results.

The rotor is adjusted through hydraulics and can be moved up or down. In this way the volume of the grinding/mixing chamber increases based on the working depth.

The traction effort and output of the tractor is reduced due to the rotor penetrating the ground while the body of the machine remains on the surface. This turns into a reduction of fuel consumption and an increased operating speed, therefore into a reduction of the operational costs.The crushing chamber is protected by HARDOX skin, fully and easily interchangeable without removing the rotor.

The dual gear transmission allows constant, consistent and uniform operation of the rotor while moving at optimal working speeds.Internal HARDOX counter knife and rear grill system guarantees ideal size of the final product.The optional Water Spray System is controlled from the cab of the tractor and functions to optimizes the mixing of the soil with the binding agents during the stabilization process. It also helps control the rotor temperature during asphalt grinding operations. To provide a complete solution for any application, two types of rotors and multiple tooth options are available. The latest FAE technology allows the same asphalt grinding tooth to be mounted on both rotors.
