With the ability to unpack grain at 8,500 bu/hr and a heavy-duty design, this grain bag unloader is a reliable part of your grain storage system. Features may include:

10” Cross Auger

• The 10” diameter cross auger with 3/16” extended life flighting enables quick unloading into the truck. The grain bag unloader fits within the space of the 10’ bag to limit outside debris coming in contact with the grain.

17” Main Auger

• The grain bag unloader has a hydraulically folding 17” main auger with 1/4" thick flighting which can unload 10’ bags at a rate of 8,500 bu/hr and requires only 50 to 80 horsepower. Transportation is fast and easy, just fold up the main auger and swing roller to transport position and drive away.

Bag Roller

• The hydraulically driven 16’ bag roller features protruding points every 17 1/4" to securely grip the bag for easy unloading.

Ground Level Hydraulic Controls

• Operator controls are mounted at ground level for maximum control while unloading and have a four function hydraulic valve to control all grain bag unloading functions. A uniquely designed, self-storing knife can be set up or stored in seconds without the use of tools. The spring loaded clutch can also be disengaged without the use of tools for easy removal of the bag.

Spring Loaded Clutch

• The grain bag roller is equipped with an easily accessible spring-loaded clutch that can be engaged and disengaged without the use of tools. This makes for a smoother, hassle-free grain bag unloading process.
